Due to the custom nature of needlepoint, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates will begin once the carrier scans your package.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free standard USPS shipping is available on orders of over $200. Applicable taxes and shipping upgrades are excluded.
Shipping costs for preorder items are calculated separately, and preorder purchases do not apply toward the $200 free shipping threshold for IN-STOCK merchandise. When your preorder item arrives and ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Customers may select UPS shipping at checkout for faster delivery, even if their order qualifies for free USPS shipping.

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
Please note that while a tracking number may be generated quickly, tracking activity will not begin until the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Please contact us right away upon delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control. We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide assistance or documentation if needed.

Backorder purchases are available on select Sunshine Needlepoint Collective canvases only. We do not offer backorder purchases from designers outside the SN Collective at this time.

If an item is out of stock, you may sign up to receive an email or text notification when it becomes available again. Notifications are sent automatically once inventory is updated. No payment is collected until the item is purchased.

Some Sunshine Needlepoint canvases and accessories may be offered as preorders. Preorder items are reserved in advance and will ship once they arrive in stock.

We do our best to represent products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, dye lots, and the variable nature of needlepoint art and products.

Canvas size, mesh count, and other details are listed on each product page. Please review carefully before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or mesh selection errors.

No, creating an account is not required. However, having an account allows you to view order history and track shipments more easily.

No. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All payments are securely processed through Shopify and its payment providers.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as other payment options available through Shopify at checkout.

Yes! Sunshine Needlepoint is located in the heart of historic Ybor City in Tampa, Florida. Our storefront will open Spring 2026. Until then, our online shop is open and ready for you. Visit our Visit Us page for location details and updates.
Where should I park?
Where should I park?
Street parking is available throughout Ybor City and is managed by the City of Tampa. There are also nearby public parking lots and garages, including some City-owned surface lots that offer free parking for a limited time. Parking availability and rates vary by location and time of day, so we recommend allowing a few extra minutes when visiting, especially on weekends or during events.
