Because every needlepoint canvas is unique, finishing timelines and pricing can vary. Some pieces require blocking, others involve specialty construction, and certain finishes include multiple stages of work. The information below reflects average estimates intended as a general guide.

Finishing FAQs

Where Should I Mail My Package?

Please send your needlepoint in a box or padded mailer. Rolling the canvas or placing it flat between two pieces of cardboard is preferred. We recommend securing your needlepoint in a sealed plastic bag (such as a zip-top bag) to protect against moisture during transit.

What Should I Include in the Package?

Your first and last name
Best email address and phone number
Any notes or references related to the piece (photos, sketches, inspiration, etc.)
If you have a specific fabric, trim, or material preference, you may include it. Any unused materials will be returned with your finished piece.

What Happens After My Piece Arrives?

Once your needlepoint arrives, we will contact you using your preferred method to review finishing details, confirm selections, and provide a final estimate. During peak periods, please allow up to 2–3 business days from delivery for initial contact.
