Refund policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of needlepoint, all sales are final. Sunshine Needlepoint does not accept returns or exchanges. Confirmed orders cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please review product details carefully before purchasing, including mesh size, design size, and fiber requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away upon delivery so we can make it right. Email hello@sunshineneedlepoint.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received, the packing slip, and the packaging if damage occurred in transit.

If Sunshine Needlepoint made an error or an item was damaged during shipping, we will correct the issue immediately by sending a replacement when available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Sunshine Needlepoint shipped an incorrect item or the order was damaged in transit and a refund is issued due to replacement unavailability.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable, including but not limited to canvases, fibers, notions, custom or special orders, trunk show items, sale items, gift cards, and any item that has been opened, used, stitched, altered, cut, wound, or removed from its original packaging.
