Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Sunshine Needlepoint ships all domestic orders via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order weight, and destination.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at launch.
Order Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Please note that while a tracking number may be generated immediately, your order is not considered shipped until it has been scanned by the carrier and tracking activity begins.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to IN-STOCK inventory inventory orders over $200 and is fulfilled via USPS. This offer applies to IN-STOCK inventory items only and does not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. The free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping costs for preorder items are calculated separately, and preorder purchases do not apply toward the $200 free shipping threshold for IN-STOCK merchandise. When your preorder item arrives and ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Some items may be excluded from free shipping due to size, weight, or insurance requirements. Customers who prefer faster delivery may select UPS shipping at checkout for an additional cost, even if the order qualifies for free USPS shipping.
Delivery and Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sunshine Needlepoint is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control. If an issue arises, we are happy to assist with carrier inquiries to the best of our ability.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, including damage or an incorrect item, please contact us directly at orders@sunshineneedlepoint.com upon delivery so we can assist you.
