Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Sunshine Needlepoint wholesale family! We're excited to partner with you and look forward to seeing our canvases in your shop.
Please review our wholesale terms and conditions before placing your order.
1. Minimum Order Requirements
- Opening Order Minimum: $500
- Subsequent Order Minimum: $250
Order minimums are based on merchandise totals before shipping and applicable taxes.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering, including preorders and backordered items.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
- We accept major credit cards through our secure online checkout.
- We do not currently offer deposits, partial payments, or net payment terms.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Orders under $500: $15 flat-rate shipping.
- Orders of $500 or more: Free shipping.
- In-stock items ship within our normal processing times.
- Standard shipping rates apply to domestic U.S. orders.
Orders Containing In-Stock and Preorder Items
Our standard shipping policy includes up to two shipments per order:
- One shipment of available in-stock merchandise.
- One consolidated shipment of preorder merchandise once all preorder items from that order are available.
There is no additional charge for these two standard shipments.
Additional Preorder Shipments
If you prefer to receive preorder canvases as they become available rather than waiting for your complete preorder, we're happy to accommodate!
Additional shipping charges will apply to shipments beyond the two included shipments.
Please request separate preorder shipments in the Order Notes section at checkout or contact our team.
We will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges, which must be paid before the additional shipments are sent.
4. Product Availability & Preorders
- In-stock merchandise ships within our normal processing times.
- Wholesale preorders are currently estimated to ship in approximately 6 months.
- All preorders and backorders require payment in full at the time of ordering.
- Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on production schedules.
- Wholesale inventory availability may differ from retail inventory.
- Preorder items will be shipped together once all items from that preorder are available, unless separate shipping arrangements have been requested.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Merchandise
All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Sunshine Needlepoint within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
6. Retail Pricing
Sunshine Needlepoint provides suggested retail prices for our canvases to encourage consistent brand presentation and pricing across our retail partners.
These prices are recommendations only. Wholesale partners are free to independently determine their own retail selling prices.
Wholesale prices are subject to change.
Sunshine Needlepoint reserves the right to review and discontinue wholesale partnerships at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
7. Wholesale Account Terms
- Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved Sunshine Needlepoint retail partners.
- Wholesale accounts are nontransferable and may not be shared with other businesses or individuals.
- Wholesale purchases are intended for resale through the approved retailer's business.
- Product images and descriptions should accurately represent Sunshine Needlepoint designs and branding.
- Sunshine Needlepoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts that violate these terms.
8. How to Order
All wholesale orders can be placed directly through SunshineNeedlepoint.com.
Once logged into your approved wholesale account, you can:
- Browse our wholesale catalog.
- View wholesale pricing and available inventory.
- Place orders and preorders directly online.
- Pay securely at checkout.
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.
